About
Overview
Beginning in 2008, I developed a great respect and fascination for essential oils. From this stemmed my enthusiasm for Natural Health. Myself, and my husband began eating organic whole foods. My husband lost forty pounds and I became pregnant with our first baby. I became discouraged when I discovered all of the chemicals that I was putting on my skin and into my body through soaps, lotions, salves, shampoos, conditioners, sunscreen and makeup. Even the products labeled "All Natural," had a myriad of toxins in them. After our first baby was born, I began making soap that I knew was free of chemicals. My husband, new baby and I, did very well with it, so I decided to start making my own lotions and salves. I wanted to expand my knowledge beyond what I currently knew in order to help my family and friends. In 2015, I went to school to become a Nutritional Counselor at Trinity School of Natural Health. Over the last 8 years I have continued growing and learning all things Natural Health and Orthomolecular Nutrition, always trying to do my best with raising our 4 amazing children. In late 2022 my family and I decided we were going to go all in, and officially start Rise Up Natural Health, LLC. I recently completed my HTMA Certification which to me has been a breakthrough tool when determining root cause potentials regarding health complications and overall wellness. Now, It is my hope to bring value and knowledge to our community and beyond, in order help people live a more vibrant life through the use of clean natural products and holistic health practices. I am currently taking on new clients. I would love for you to send me an email or give me a call with any questions you might have.
Personal Story
My name is Beckie Badge. I am a Christian, wife, mom, homesteader, fan of anything chainsaw related, Certified Nutritional Counselor, HTMA Practitioner, cultured foods enthusiast and a Weston A. Price/Wise Traditions member. My two favorite activities are trail running and mountain biking. I continue to grow and follow the practices I have learned in my nutritional education with myself and my family because they have freed us from sickness and helped us be happier, healthier, versions of ourselves. I grew up on the typical western diet of processed foods with lots of white flour and sugar. I was the kid that always had cavities when I went to the dentist. I remember being 14 years old and having a dentist tell me that I would need dentures before I turned 30. Guess what? I’m 35 and still have most of my teeth. Thank you Jesus!
When I turned 15, I unfortunately turned to an eating disorder to keep my weight down and cope with the stresses of life. I wish I had the tools necessary to address the imbalances that were going on in my body at that time. I am so thankful I have Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis to use with my family and my children. Throughout my teenage years my loving parents tried so many things to help me. Nothing worked long term. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 19. I was given low dose Adderall to help with College. My grades improved, but my health declined. What I needed was balance. After I married Kyle, the love of my life, I began to find balance. Kyle and I began drinking raw milk and purchasing our produce from the local farmer’s market. It wasn’t miraculous, but it was a step forward.
It has been 15 years since our first trip to the local farmers market. Since then we’ve had four children. Our children have driven our passion to live a healthy lifestyle and help others do the same. My addiction is now a conviction to help others find freedom like me.
